Project 51; Tungsten lights

I used a hand held meter set for ISO 400, aperture 1.0. There was insufficient light to shoot hand held, even very close to the light source the fastest shutter speed available was 1/50th of a second. To get close to a safe hand held speed I had to change the ISO 1000 and still the best I could do was 1/60th of a second. The colour is obviously orange and lighting levels drop of very fast as you move away from the light source.
