The Hue is definitely red here. Comparing it to the colour wheel I would say it is close to pure in Hue.
The Saturation is close to the centre of the give scale, its neither saturated nor unsaturated but is fairly close to pure.
The Brilliance is bright I think.
Blue
The Hue here is blue, the saturation is close to pure. Compared to the colour chart the brightness is on the bright side but I think looking at it in isolation its a little on the dark side.
